Our Home office is hiring a dynamic, detail-oriented Case Coordinator / Scheduling Coordinator in the Cincinnati, OH area to schedule our caregiver’s visits with clients!
- This an in-office position, with a Monday through Friday (8am - 5pm) schedule. Also included paid rotating on-call.

The Home Care by Black Stone Case Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the services provided to a caseload of clients daily. This responsibility includes interfacing with clients / families / employees to ensure quality service delivery. Coordinates and ensures the scheduling of client cases on a daily basis. This includes selecting the appropriate caregiver, communicating with the family or client on an ongoing basis regarding staffing.
