Job Summary
The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to enable individuals to remain in their own homes. This role requires a compassionate and skilled individual who can provide high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
- Report observations of clients' conditions to agency directors or account managers.
- Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when required to transport clients.
Requirements
- Six months of experience in home care preferred.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
- CPR certification and current driver's license are required.
