We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Bilingual HR Assistant to join our team and contribute to creating a positive work environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and going to HR events.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and federal legal requirements
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the team
- Support employee benefits administration and assist with payroll processing
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR support
- Provide general administrative support to any HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
