Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and coordination of patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physician's plan of care and orders
- Complete Medicare SOC and Oasis E documentation
- Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with plan of care
- Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
- Prepare clinical/progress notes and all required documentation
- Perform all duties and responsibilities always adhering to Florida chapter 464 - Nurse Practice Act
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
- Current state license as an RN in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- At least ONE year experience as an RN at a Medicare Home Health Agency
- Medicare Documentation and Oasis E experience required
