What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Operations Coordinator position at Home Care Partners?
Home Care Partners is an award-winning in-home care agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care to seniors in Lincoln and surrounding communities. Our team provides non-medical support to help clients living with dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, stroke recovery, and other conditions continue living safely and comfortably at home.
We’re seeking a Home Care Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this full-time, office-based position, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our care exceptional—supporting both the behind-the-scenes logistics and the personal connections that help our clients thrive.
Working closely with our Home Care Service Manager and Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll help keep things running smoothly—from onboarding new clients and updating care plans, to coordinating caregiver schedules and responding to last-minute changes. You’ll build meaningful relationships with caregivers, clients, and families, ensuring communication stays clear, services remain consistent, and concerns are handled with care.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day, and finds purpose in helping others.
