The Position
The Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of our upper management team. This individual coordinates projects, tracks progress, and communicates effectively to ensure our organization's goals are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Organize schedules, plan events, and preserve confidentiality
- Document meetings, generate reports, and facilitate communication
- Prepare staff correspondence and communicate externally
- Order supplies and materials
- Follow all rules and regulations set forth by our organization
- Assist in other areas as necessary
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, and two years of work experience in the same field
- US citizenship status
- Successful completion of any required background checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills
- Formal education or certifications beyond high school
Development Opportunities
- Complete HOST within 90 days of starting work

Working Conditions
