Office Clerk- Full-time Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced Office Clerk to professionally handle a high level of call volume, faxes, medical orders, and emails for our growing company.
Duties Include:
- Answering phones timely and effectively.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate staff.
- Triage calls to the appropriate individual.
- Manage orders and scans/faxes from healthcare offices.
- Follow up on calls with emails.
- Assist with other healthcare administrative tasks including medical records.
Qualifications
Qualifications Include
- 1 year of experience in a medical office
- Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM from our office in Scottsdale
