PTA for Home Health - part-time needed!
Aspire Home Healthcare was established 26 years ago with one purpose – to put our patients first. Aspire provides patients with around the clock care and support. We offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, 3 weeks of PDO per year, one-on-one patient care, referral bonuses up to $500, and regular evaluations with annual merit increases.
We are currently looking for a PTA part-time for Central and North Central counties.
Starting rate $60 per visit.
The Physical Therapist Assistant performs services planned, delegated, and supervised by a Physical Therapist.
Duties Include:
Prepares progress notes to maintain an accurate daily record of treatments provided to the patient. These notes must be approved and signed by a Physical Therapist.
Will follow the Plan of Care as established by the Physical Therapist
Will follow established policies and procedures of Nightingale Home Healthcare.
Maintains confidentiality of client’s medical situation, records and services provided according to HIPPA regulations
Submits all patient notes and/or visit records on a timely basis.
Attends on-the-job and in-service training
Qualifications
Qualifications Include:
· Licensed PTA in CA.
· Minimum of 1 year as an PT / PTA experience preferred.
· OASIS and Wellsky (Kinser) experience strongly preferred.
· Physical within 6 months prior to first patient contact.
· Current TB results (within last 12 months) and CPR Certification.
· Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance on automobile.
· Ability to attend orientation at our San Diego office.
Salary : $60
