Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with a strong foundation in advanced product management principles, including Pragmatic Product Management certification or equivalent training. You will be responsible for owning the strategy, development, and lifecycle of one or more of our SaaS products. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role demands a data-driven, market-focused, and customer-centric approach to product management, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Ownership:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap based on market needs, competitive analysis, and company objectives.
- Prioritize features and initiatives by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
- Customer and Market Insights:
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to deeply understand the LTPAC industry.
- Translate customer pain points and emerging trends into innovative product solutions.
- Collaboration Across Teams:
- Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional planning sessions to communicate product priorities and ensure alignment.
- Lifecycle Management:
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics to inform iterative improvements.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Execution Excellence:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and readiness for sprints.
- Drive on-time delivery of features and enhancements through effective communication and decision-making.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
- Use data to measure product success, refine strategies, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize solutions that maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Mentoring:
- Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Pragmatic Product Management certification (or equivalent advanced product management training) strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- Exceptional ability to synthesize market and customer insights into actionable product strategies.
- Strong understanding of software applications, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Location:
- Tampa, FL; Rexburg,ID; or Remote
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Multiple video meetings each day where web camera use is required.
Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hours each week
- Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally with occasional flexibility for collaboration across time zones or to meet critical deadlines.
