Duties
- Provide care and support in a compassionate manner.
- Monitoring and documentation on all clients
- Engage clients in social activities to promote interaction and community involvement.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Assist with home community tasks, ensuring a safe and clean living enviroment.
- Adhering to proper safety protocols.
- Collaborate with professionals, including social workers, to coordinate care effectively.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while building trusting relationships with clients.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Negative reading on TB, Drug and Background Check
- Proof of Education
- Certification in CPR/First Aide
- Experience in this field is preferred
- DFPS Training Certifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Resume
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
