Call Center Agent
Responsibilities will include:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide information as requested
- Enter customer requests for ice
- Enter new sales leads or customer issues to HCI Sales Department
- Effectively manage challenging customers over the phone
Requirements:
- Clean background history
- Phone experience is a plus
- Computer savvy
- Positive attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter and productive
- Team player
- Flexible schedule
- Answering an average number of calls. (18-20 calls per hour)
Hours:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
20-32 hours/week-- Seasonal Job
Must be available for 1 weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday)
Shifts: 5-8 hour shifts
Hours of Operation: 7am-5pm
