Accounting Assistant

The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting the Accounting Manager and Controller with various accounting administrative tasks and training related to billing, collections, technician financing, and membership and replacement projects. This position involves direct interaction with and support for the accounting management team, ensuring that all revenue is accurately recorded in Intacct for the correct month and Business Unit. Additionally, this role requires familiarity with various administrative tasks to provide backup support as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as the backup for all Accounts Receivable invoices processing tasks.
• Collaborate with the Service Managers and/or field personnel to resolve Accounts Receivable invoices discrepancies.
• Periodically review club memberships with non-payment greater than 60 days.
• Assist Dispatch and the Customer Service departments with issues related to our workflow processes.
• Provide on-call resources for field staff experiencing issues with ServiceTitan.
• Occasionally assist the Sales/Installation Department to ensure all replacement project billing is complete.
• Acts as a backup for daily overview reports for executive leadership.
• Perform any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the manager.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions of this position are computer data entry, customer service skills, experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, Service Titan, Service Titan Remote, Intacct, and ability to multitask. These essential tasks must be met in order to complete the function of this position.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of billing experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office.
• Service Titan & Service Titan Remote desired.
