Due to our expansive growth, Home Comfort Experts is looking for a high-level Operations Manager to join the team of professionals. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a dynamic, performance-driven team that believes in providing 5-star service to clients while exceeding company expectations. Serving as a leader, motivator, trainer, recruiter, and sales driver, the Manager inspires their team to provide customers with superior service, which results in higher lead conversion and client fulfillment.
Pay: $80k -$100k Bonus

Requirements:
- 5 years of service or operations manager experience, preferably within the skilled trades
- Plumbing or trades background
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
- Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and dependability
- Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Exceptional follow-through capabilities
- Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and motivate department to reach their highest level of potential and achieve maximum motivation and attitude within service department
- Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional customer satisfaction and performance standards and address any staff performance issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical assistance and sales performance support to Technicians to ensure high quality of service to customer via site visits and coaching calls
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1:1’s
- Invest time on personal development to increase personal leadership within departments
- Identify field technical training needs and coordinate the support programs necessary
- Provide ongoing technical and safety training to maintain high level of knowledge and skills to do quality work, promote a safe working environment and prepare for future growth
- Ensure all Technicians have the necessary tools, equipment, and manpower to maximize their potential to provide the highest quality service to our customers as possible
- Partner with the dispatch department to ensure the right technician goes to the right job
- Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes
- Oversee customer issue resolution including site visits, oversight of repairs, and follow ups
- Review all on-site Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction reports.
- Oversee the scheduling of crews, technicians, apprentices, dispatchers, supervisors and managers to ensure staffing to meets the needs of our clients and the business
- Oversee the processing service tickets, job tickets and any attached support documentation.
- Interview, hire and onboard Crew Leads, Service Technicians and Apprentices as needed.
- Provide regular, timely and accurate status reports to Executive Management as required.
- Interact, communicate, and maintain involvement with other departments, department managers and company executives to ensure that departmental and company processes, procedures and goals are being maintained.
