The HOA Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes for multiple homeowners’ associations (HOA). The HOA Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures efficient billing, collection, and resolution of outstanding balances. The HOA Accounts Receivable Specialist conducts administrative support to all affiliated team members in the purview of the role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate collection efforts and communicate effectively with homeowners regarding outstanding payments.
- Receive and record payments from homeowners, ensuring payments are applied correctly.
- Communicate with collections attorneys.
- Process electronic payments and reconcile transactions in CINC accounting systems.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collections activity.
- Provide regular updates and analysis to management and board members.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform any additional duties within the scope of HOA Accounts Receivables Specialist and as assigned by the manager.
Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Two years minimum experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in the CINC platform.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with homeowners and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
