Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Local home exterior construction company looking for a Office Assistant
Requirements:
- Handle administrative related calls and emails
- Maintain Client Lists and Lead Information
- Filing
- Perform work related errands (will reimburse mileage)
- Assist with administrative task
- Place Orders
- Must have good driving record
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must have experience with QuickBooks
- Light bookkeeping as needed
- Work with Excel Spreadsheets
Assistant shall perform other duties that are customarily performed by others in similar positions, including other duties that may arise from time to time may be assigned.
Work Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (may vary)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Work Location: In person
