Job Summary
Home Family Care is a licensed home care agency that has been providing top quality services, and group home healthcare services to the community for nearly 15 years. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Flyer Distributor to assist our Marketing/Recruitment Team in Long island office). We need a friendly, outgoing, and responsible individual who can help us connect the public with information about our amazing home care services.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus on the company's target audience and distribute fliers in different locations within Long Island/Queens/Bronx/, including going into apartment buildings, living facilities, doctor's offices, churches, departmental stores, etc.
- Effectively communicate the services provided by Home Family Care to all referral source and utilize targeting strategies to create more awareness about what we offer.
- Provide customer service in the field which may include answering questions about our services and employment opportunities
- Promote the agency's recruitment events strategically and participate in hiring events when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S

Duties
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales and telemarketing efforts to promote our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate terms of sale and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Supervise and train new team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Participate in fundraising events and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Experience in door-to-door sales or telemarketing is a plus.
