Home From College is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling the value of H\FC to a diverse group of companies. This role will also be responsible for onboarding medium and large-size clients onto the Home From College platform.
Companies love using the H\FC platform, and this role is meant to showcase the value of the platform and opportunties for hiring or marketing to Gen Z. The goal for this role is sell Enterprise Revenue and
Job Requirements :
5-7 years of experience in account management or brand partnership strategy.
Must be able to own the entire sales process from initial meeting to close.
Must be comfortable leading calls, demos, developing creative campaigns
Must be comfortable with client facing activities, including emailing, calling and in-person interactions
Supporting against KPIs and deliverables that align with H\FC and the clients at hand
Must be comfortable in a fast paced, high volume environment
Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once
Must work well as part of a team of Sales Professionals, AEs and Customer Success
Experience with Hubspot and Zoominfo preferred
Job Responsibilities :
Client Communications, Calls and Closing
Diagnosing prospective client pain points and coming up with solutions
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue and quota targets
Working with and closing leads generated by the SDR team
Upselling, Cross selling clients to higher monthly pay tiers, or annual access
