What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at Home Health Care, Inc.?
Home Health Care, Inc.- A State Licensed Home Health Care Agency that provides a full range of in home services is currently seeking qualified caregivers!
Qualified applicants need the following :
1) Current CPR and First Aid
2) Valid government issued ID
3) Current physical and TB
4) Proof of right to work in the US
5) Pass background check and fingerprints
6) Reliable transportation
7) Current DMV printout
8) At least 6 months (preferably 1 year) experience in the home health care field, working with the elderly and or similar experience

Duties:
- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
- Charting or taking notes for others to review
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Taking vitals, height, and weight
- Feeding clients
- Maintaining patient’s health equipment
- Responding to emergency situations
- Transporting client to appointments
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
