The Regional Director, Home Health Services has overall responsibility and oversight of our growing home health business segment. The Regional Director will be responsible for coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of this growing business segment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures a positive experience for clients while focusing on compliance with all operational, financial, legal, and regulatory standards in assigned regions.
Promotes an entrepreneurial environment while ensuring adherence to established models within all regions/areas on an on-going basis.
Identify and realize business development opportunities.
Inspires team members to create memorable experiences for clients.
Provides leadership and accountability by coaching, developing and retaining a high performing team.
Ensure profitability while maintaining appropriate levels of client care through the coordination of financial, clinical, operational, legal and business development services for assigned regions/areas.
Oversight of home health operations across the state, providing leadership and mentoring to site managers for the purpose of maintaining profitability while providing superior quality client care.
Reviews overall operations, clinical processes, business development opportunities, and possible adverse trends/concerns while promoting service excellence.
Communicates all risk management, corporate compliance, and regulatory issues affecting the segment.
Reviews periodic reports, claims alerts and productivity analyses to proactively plan for operational adjustments based on trends.
Looks for negative trends and develops actions needed to address variances.
Supervises and provides timely evaluation to direct reports.
Oversees the current budget, and develops the budget forecast for each location for the upcoming period year.
Reviews annual employee satisfaction results for locations with the appropriate site manager. Assists with the development of action plans to address employee engagement and satisfaction.
Ensures that compliance with legal and regulatory standards is fully met.
Collaborates with the functional areas team (Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) to drive operational excellence and growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
Significant Medicare home health experience required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct financial and employee management of multi-site home health locations
Must have a proven track record of scaling and growing a business
Strong business acumen
Strong character with high integrity and a commitment to compliance.
Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
P&L responsibility, as well as, proven financial management ability and budget process experience
Proven census growth achievement
Ability to foster a collaborative and cooperative work environment, with strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and be organized in all aspects of job duties.
Demonstrates effective time management skills.
Must have the capacity for travel
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations as they apply to products & services utilized.
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
