Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting patient services and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties
- Answer questions from caregivers and clients primarily via phone and email.
- Develop, maintain and adjust schedules accordingly using proprietary scheduling system Coordinate coverage for elderly clients
- Maintain logs of available caregivers for shifts.
- Document the results of each call by entering notes in call software.
- Assist with recruitment and on-boarding of new employees.
- Maintain frequent communication with new hires throughout the hiring and on-boarding processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hire inquiries including but not limited to questions regarding required documentation, training and other applicable policies/procedures
- Manage phone systems to facilitate effective communication within the office and with patients.
- File and organize patient records accurately, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and data security.
- Support office operations by utilizing computerized systems for record management and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a home care office setting
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation review.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
