Home Helpers Home Care of Fremont & Union City are urgently hiring licensed Caregivers to join our supportive team in Fremont, Union City, Newark and Hayward!

  • Offering Full and Part Time, with flexible shifts available
  • Sign On Bonus of up to $200, Referral Bonus, and Paid Training

We are HIRING IMMEDIATELY ! We offer FLEXIBLE SHIFTS with competitive pay rates ! We are looking for experienced Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCA) who are compassionate , trustworthy, dependable, and able to demonstrate patience and empathy.

  • Guaranteed $50 sign-on bonus if finish all the onboarding tasks within 7 days of the date of the orientation and $150 bonus after working 30 shifts

    • Caregiver MANDATORY REQUIRMENTS :

  • Authorized to work in the US and pass background screening
  • Minimum 1 year of Caregiving experience
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated
  • Home Care Aide Certification required or willing to obtain
  • Must have current TB test results
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance (preferred)
  • Must have reliable transportation

    • Job Duties :

  • Provide personal care services to clients as identified by the agency in the plan of care per agency policies and procedures
  • Assistance with daily personal care and hygiene
  • Support client with mobility
  • Maintain Light Housekeeping
  • Transport client's to errands and appointments
  • Prepare meals and provide companionship
