At Home Helpers Home Care, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to assist with daily living tasks for an individual in the Hughesville, MD area. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care and be able to work 3 to 5 days per week, 6 hours per day. This role involves a variety of responsibilities designed to ensure comfort and well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Medication reminders and management
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Light housekeeping and organization
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the client at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- CPR and First Aid certification (REQUIRED)
- Previous caregiving experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Must be able to pass background checks
