Job Description :
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable PRN Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide in-home care services on an as-needed basis. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
