Shift: Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am - 8:00pm (36 hours)

Qualifications:

• Current CNA license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• At least 2 years of experience in the field
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
• Must have current doctor’s health clearance to work which includes a negative TB test
  
  
  

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Personal Care (Assisting as needed)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
• Assist with medication reminders
• Engage the client in conversation and activities
