Looking for a caregiver with Dementia and Diabetes experience - Shift details Monday thru Wednesday - 7:00am - 6:00pm and Sundays from 9:00am or 10:00am for 6 - 8 hours.... (39 - 41 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current CNA license
• Must be a Medical Technician
• Experience working with Dementia clients
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
• Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work, which includes a negative TB Test.
• Must be a pet lover (Cats and Dogs) - No pet care required
  
  
  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Personal Care (Standby for assistance)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Monitor glucose levels and report physical and behavioral changes
• Assist with medication reminders
• Engage the client in conversation and activities
