Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a Director of Home Care Operations to oversee the daily management and strategic expansion of our non-medical home care agency. This role is focused on office team management, client satisfaction, and business performance across multiple locations.

Compensation & Benefits:
Total Compensation: $75K-$150K
Base Salary: $60K-$80K
Performance-Based Bonuses tied to agency growth and operational success

Qualifications:
3 years of leadership experience
Experience in staffing, scheduling, and retention is helpful
Strong financial & business acumen (budgeting, payroll, KPIs)
Ability to problem-solve & make decisions under pressure
Proficiency with software use, ability to learn and adapt
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel is expected. Candidates must live near Layton, Salt Lake, Orem, or St. George, UT, but will be required to visit other locations regularly, including out-of-state travel for business development and training.
