In-Home Care Nursing Supervisor
Location: Bergen County, New Jersey
Pay Rate: $45 per hour (Per Diem)
Join Our Compassionate Team as a Nursing Supervisor! Are you an experienced nursing professional looking for a rewarding and flexible opportunity? Home Helpers of Bergen County is seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Care Nursing Supervisor to join our team on a per diem basis
.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.
- Conduct orientations for new caregivers, ensuring they understand policies and procedures.
- Perform regular supervisions of caregivers to maintain high standards of care.
- Conduct comprehensive care assessments to evaluate client needs and update care plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to caregiving staff to ensure quality care and compliance with agency protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in home care or a related healthcare field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
