Job Description :
The Lead Caregiver's role is to assist with filling in shifts for call-ins , new clients , as well as fulfilling previously scheduled clients. This may also include office work, or other items requested by management. The purpose of this role is to be able to keep the current schedule intact, and on-board new clients as needed. The LC will be paid for a full week, regardless of hours worked . This role is also eligible for overtime. This role can include, but is not limited to the following duties :
- Filling in on short notice for shifts with new clients while staff is being trained and scheduled.
- Filling in on short notice for shifts for "call-ins" or other emergencies.
- Caregiving with regular clients, as needed.
- Assist in field training for staff as needed.
- Other duties as directed
