Job Description
A General Manager oversees overall operations, including staffing, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. They develop business strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain profitability. Additionally, they handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster a positive work environment. The General Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals, driving growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications
- Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant's mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
- Willingness to stand for long periods of time
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Scheduling:
- Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
- Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
