We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Specialist who is results driven and can take us to the next level as we work to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This professional will be responsible for achieving revenue goals and increasing our market share by seeking out and building positive relationships that generate quality referrals, then successfully closing on those leads. Duties also include submitting weekly reports and tracking referral source development using Salesforce. The majority of work time is spent outside of the office calling on target accounts and running networking and community events. This full-time position offers a solid base salary plus commission and bonus incentives linked to performance.

Other Job Requirements
- Prior sales experience mandatory, senior care industry experience a plus but not required
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable automobile with valid insurance to use during each workday
- Intermediate computer skills including use of Windows and Microsoft Office – must also be able to quickly learn and understand other operational computer software, including Salesforce
