🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier Care Professionals
- Manage the hiring pipeline and coordinate new hire trainings
- Lead performance reviews and coaching conversations
- Collaborate with our scheduling team to create great client/Care Pro matches
- Share in on-call rotation (with additional pay)
