About the Role
As our Recruitment Specialist, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process, helping us meet our goal of hiring and orienting 20 Care Professionals each month. You’ll lead everything from job postings and candidate screening to onboarding, compliance tracking, and retention initiatives. This is a results-driven role with weekly performance metrics and the opportunity to grow into HR management.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post and promote job openings across platforms like Indeed, Facebook, and our
- website
- Ensure pre-employment compliance for CPR certification and TB screenings
- Maintain accurate and organized employee files
- Utilize WellSky, Applicant Stack, and Recruit (PreIntent) to manage the applicant
- process
- Collaborate with the Engagement Specialist and Leadership Team to support
- retention strategies
- Build community partnerships and attend job fairs to connect with caregiving talent
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract compassionate
- Care Professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in home care, healthcare, or service
- related industries
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as WellSky, Applicant Stack, or
- Recruit
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for service and a commitment to hiring caregivers who make a difference
- Comfort working in a metrics-based environment with team performance goals
- Knowledge of caregiver screening and compliance requirements is a plus
