Opening: Sales / Recruitment Specialist
City: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $40k Base, Plus Commission

We are currently seeking a driven and personable Sales / Executive Recruitment Specialist to help us continue to grow and serve the business community across Alaska. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Partner with businesses to understand hiring needs, with a focus on executive and direct-hire roles
- Conduct intake meetings to define candidate qualifications and client expectations
- Source and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and internal tools
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and present top talent to clients
- Guide both clients and candidates through each step of the hiring process
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business relationships
- Drive business development efforts through outbound calls, networking, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Keep organized, accurate records of client and candidate activity

- Base Salary: $40K plus uncapped commission

- 1–2 years of experience in an office, sales, or customer-focused role
