Home Instead is looking for reliable, committed individuals who want to make a real difference for aging adults in their local community!
Currently seeking candidates with the following availability:
Mornings 8AM-12PM
Afternoons 1PM-5PM
Duties:
- Provide direct care and hands-on assistance to individuals in need, including but not limited to bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Provide medication reminders and administer medications as directed by RN
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
- Collaborate with care team to document and keep care plans up-to-date.
- Ensure the rights and dignity of individuals are respected at all times.
Experience:
- Previous experience and familiarity with aging adult care strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of basic healthcare principles and practices.
- Understanding of resident rights and regulations in healthcare settings.
- Experience in dementia and hospice care is a plus.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficient in providing personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate position commitment, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on schedule availability, experience and certifications
