We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care - South Orange County, CA. As a key member of our scheduling department, you will play a vital role in coordinating the scheduling of our clients and CAREGivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver schedules to ensure high-quality matches and exceptional relationships.
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity using our software system.
- Foster open and effective communication with colleagues, CAREGivers, clients, and family members to ensure seamless coordination.
- Develop and implement responsive contingency plans to maintain 100% service hours and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a scheduling role, preferably utilizing ClearCare/Well Sky system.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
