What You’ll Do:
As the Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with Home Instead franchise standards, state regulations (including IDPH), and other applicable laws. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will:
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensure, certifications, and audits.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to franchise policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the team to address and resolve compliance issues.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and resources to ensure staff understand and follow compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and compliance-related inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a detail-driven professional with a passion for excellence and a proactive approach to compliance. The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2 years in compliance, healthcare administration, or regulatory roles.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IDPH regulations and home care industry standards.
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in compliance tools and software.
- Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
