What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Manager position at Home Instead Senior Care?

- You are different! You think "out of the box" on how to tap into non traditional caregiver and CNA candidates in our communities
- Are smart and understand you cannot rely upon job boards only for your candidate pipeline
- Understand recruiting caregivers and CNAs in the health care industry
- Can be convincing; can speak clearly and succinctly and can tell when candidates are not being truthful
- Can show us your creativity by describing how you design a "sourcing strategy" which may include finding retirees who want PT roles, nursing students, advertising thru churches, government resources, etc.).
- Like social media and like to experiment trying to get job ads in front of candidates (tik tok, Instagram, and other digital sources to find caregiver candidates)
- Are a whiz with technology and have solid experience using applicant tracking systems
- You have a natural sense of urgency: no one must manage you or your workload

- Job is based in our Delray office - this is not a remote job. Hours are flexible.
- Maybe you want to grow into a bigger job? Candidates who possess more broad HR experience are a plus (to help manage the facilitation of new hire orientation and paperwork, manage digital collection of required credentials) are a plus
