What You’ll Do:
- Develop and Foster Client Relationships: Identify, develop, and nurture referral sources to drive revenue and meet business goals.
- Lead with Integrity: Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and respect.
- Promote Our Brand: Present Home Instead’s services effectively to referral sources through individual meetings and group presentations.
- Strategize and Succeed: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute detailed sales plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain and Track Progress: Document and analyze all sales activities using software tools to optimize results.
What You Bring:
