We are part of the Largest Independently owned Senior Care Agency. We are looking for trustworthy, kindhearted individuals looking to help families in our surrounding Territory of Lake Oswego, West Portland and Downtown. The ideal candidate must be able to commute to the Downtown Portland, Lake Oswego and West Portland Area.
Wages:
- $20.25 weekday day/evening shifts
- $22.25 weekend Shifts
- plus .25¢ technology incentive per hour
- Shifts will be 3 Days with 8am-8pm Availability

Job Description:
- Provide direct care and support per care plans
- Assist with daily activities
- Administer medications
- Help Office Team when not on Shift.
- Lift and position residents
- Manage behavior
- Prepare meals
- Maintain cleanliness
- Follow safety protocols and respect rights
- Ability to work inside Assisted and Independent Living Facilities as assigned.

Skills:
- Effective communication with staff, residents, and families
- Must have a Active Driver's License
- 1 Year of Caregiving Experience Required

- Familiarity with Alzheimer's and Dementia preferred
- Ensure cleanliness in resident areas
- Understand HIPAA regulations for privacy
