Typical Day
- Assist the client in activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport to appointments
- Follow a pre--established care plan (accessible from your smart phone)
- Proven history of being dependable and on-time
- Patience, kindness, and the use of good judgment
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Valid Drivers’ License, auto insurance in your name, and a reliable vehicle to take your clients to their appointments
- Successfully pass criminal, drug, and driving background checks
- Compensation package: base pay and unlimited bonus programs
- If hired, you will become a W2 employee. We pay/file your payroll taxes for you!
- Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and holidays
