What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Specialist position at CareGivers of America?
The inside sales ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once a lead opportunity is identified, this candidate will reach out via phone and or meet with the family decision-makers to better understand their client's needs and how our services could help them.
Responsibilities
- Geriatric Care management experience
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospect new customers through the company's online lead generation, efficient follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system
Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Experience working with a CRM software
Location
The candidate can be located in either Aventura, Ft Lauderdale, Boca Raton, or North Palm Beach.
