Home Instead is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Client Care Manager to join our fast-paced, fun office environment. The Client Care Manager is responsible for the successful ongoing care of our senior clients. The person who will be successful in the position must have:
Ideal candidate will:
- Be able to manage a caseload of clients and their care needs
- Have excellent people skills
- Be extremely detail-oriented
- Sales and Marketing experience preferred
- A desire to work with senior population
Examples:
- Be able to use the consultative approach to identify the care needs of our clients then create an individualized care plan.
- Be able to conduct quality assurance visits with our clients to insure we are continuously exceeding their needs.
- Be able to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in writing.
- Be able to work in a collaborative team environment and have good working relationships with our key referral providers, current and potential clients, office staff, and the franchise owner.
- Have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have an motivational drive to exceed our growing opportunities.
- Have sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
- Be able to demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with our company standards, practices, policies and procedures.
- Be able to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must Have:
- Current driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- 3 Years Customer Relationship Management experience
- This position requires shared On-Call responsibilities
- Successful candidate will need to complete pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug screen
