Career Opportunity : Human Resource Manager with ABX Air in Wilmington, OH

As the HR Manager with our client in Wilmington, OH, you will manage multiple HR professionals and work with all levels of the organization including senior management. In addition, the HR Manager will oversee all areas of human resources including managing and evaluating turnover, recruiting, employee relations, preparing monthly, quarterly annual reports. This role with provide other HR support including compliance reporting, social media updates and company activities.
In this role you will be responsible for :
- Collaborating with managers to determine training needs
- Compiling data and generating reports from HRIS (UKG)
- Manage leaves of absence and Workers Comp
- Coach employees and managers on correct interpretation and administration of company policies
- Work with managers to ensure a positive culture with employees
- Lead employee recruitment, selection, on-boarding and retention programs throughout all locations.
- Lead Employee Relations, career-pathing employees, job evaluations, compensation programs, corrective action and exit interviews
