Job Description: This job role includes but is not limited to: Educating and training Care Professionals, ensure that our Care Professionals feel supported and empowered, directly contributing to the well-being of our clients and the success of the organization, involves building strong relationships with employees to foster trust and loyalty, collaborating with team members, addressing challenges effectively, willingness to work from home when needed, willing to work independently and effectively, and have a creative mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly and professional manner.
- Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the operating system.
- Able to come up with creative ways to engage with caregivers.
- Communicate client and Caregiver concerns.
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, Key Players and Caregivers.
- Handle office responsibilities to allow a consistent full time networking effort, which is critical in building the business
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience is required.
- Must complete a background check, DVM check, and drug screen
- Ability to educate and train new caregivers.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management, and prioritization.
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
