Your Daily Duties!
You'll be helping your team succeed when you...
- Receive & make high volume of calls, w/ an expected number of shifts filled per hour/day
- Schedule services for senior clients by matching w/ suitable caregivers
- Maintain accurate records in our software system
- Problem solve client & caregiver issues in a professional & timely manner
- Learn & operate our advanced-level internal software & multi-line phone system
