Your Responsibilities!
- Quality Assurance: Perform service calls, in-home care assessments, and supervisory / quality assurance visits in clients’ homes.
- Client Case Management: Facilitate and monitor care for clients and caregivers’ logging of client activity; follow up on assignments and client services; and maintain accurate records in company software systems.
- Caregiver Instruction: Introduce new caregivers to our clients; counsel caregivers on supervisory/quality assurance concerns after visiting clients; and provide RN supervision to address any concerns, as appropriate.
