What You'll Do :
- Develop and Foster Client Relationships : Identify, develop, and nurture referral sources to drive revenue and meet business goals.
- Lead with Integrity : Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and respect.
- Promote Our Brand : Present Home Instead's services effectively to referral sources through individual meetings and group presentations.
- Strategize and Succeed : Collaborate with leadership to create and execute detailed sales plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain and Track Progress : Document and analyze all sales activities using software tools to optimize results.
