Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to join our team on-site. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and lead engagement initiatives that attract top talent and enhance our employee experience. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, you will design innovative recruitment strategies and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience within a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from creating job postings and screening resumes to conducting interviews, facilitating selection, and supporting onboarding activities. -
Candidate Engagement:
Develop and implement effective strategies to engage potential candidates, ensuring they receive a positive, informative, and personalized experience. -
In-Person Recruitment Events:
Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and open house days to attract a diverse range of qualified candidates. -
Collaboration:
Partner with office managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and tailor recruitment plans to departmental goals. -
Data-Driven Insights:
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve the hiring process. -
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications

Education:
High school dipoloma -
Experience:
Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with a demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment in an in-office setting. -
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-office environment while managing multiple priorities.
