Are you a results-driven, dynamic individual with a passion for growth and community involvement? Home Instead is looking for a Regional Recruiter to join our team and support multiple locations in Wisconsin. This is an on-site position based in either Sheboygan, Cedarburg, or Racine/Kenosha offices, with responsibilities in all three areas. We will also consider applicants from the Appleton area.
As the Regional Recruiter, you'll be responsible for finding top Care Professional talent through online platforms, walk-ins, and community networking. You’ll also focus on developing strategies to keep our Care Professionals engaged and satisfied in their roles.

What You'll Do:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Expeditiously schedule and conduct interviews. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Select new CarePros based on organizational requirements while meeting minimum acceptable performance standards in both quantity and quality.
- Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule new Carepro orientation with Branch.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 4 years of successful high-volume recruiting experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Sound judgment, good decision-making, and self-motivation
- Action-oriented and focused on results
