Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
· Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and best-fit candidate profiles.
· Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and social media recruitment.
· Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit.
· Strengthening Maglio companies' employer brand to attract top talent.
· Build relationships with community organizations, colleges, and industry professionals to expand recruitment channels.
· Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
· Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
· Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate interactions Paylocity system.
· Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition.
· Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing engaging and informative hiring experience.
· Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
· Analyze hiring trends and provide recommendations to leadership for strategic workforce planning.
· Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and proactively address talent gaps.
· Support internal mobility programs by identifying opportunities for employee career growth.
Communication Skills:
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including strong grammatical skills.
· Strong demonstrated writing skills, articulating complex ideas in an easy to understand manner.

Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
· 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional role.
· Spanish language proficiency preferred.
Physical Demands: The functions of this position take place primarily in an office environment. On occasion, employee will be required to perform tasks that take place in a warehouse environment (i.e. taking pictures, gathering information from other employees) or at a location outside of the company building. An employee will be exposed to a moderate noise level and be near machines with moving parts. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Occasional travel may be required along with the ability to work non-standard hours.
